Tulip Field Photography Near London: A Dream Spring Photoshoot in Brentwood
Tulip field photography has always been on my “flower shoot bucket list.”
But between being a little lazy, not driving, and life after having a child, I never really had the chance to visit the famous tulip fields in the Netherlands.
This year, a friend told me about a newly opened tulip field in the suburbs of London. You can take the Elizabeth Line to Brentwood Station, then a short 15-minute Uber ride will get you there. It sounded almost too convenient to resist.
When I arrived, the tulips were in full bloom. The field was beautifully designed with several dedicated photo spots, each offering a different atmosphere and composition. It was truly a photographer’s dream location.
Although the weather on the day was quite challenging—strong winds and a sky that looked like it could rain at any moment—I already had a clear vision for this series: something light, luminous, romantic, and filled with the warmth of early spring.
Through careful editing and colour grading, I gradually shaped the images into the dreamy atmosphere I had in mind, allowing the field of tulips to be remembered in its softest and most poetic form.
